How much does shipping cost and do you ship internationally?
We offer flat-rate shipping across North America and Europe. We also ship to most countries worldwide via DHL or FedEx. Exact shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of the instrument.
What is your return policy for guitars?
We offer a 45-day return policy. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it for a refund or exchange. Please note that instruments must be in original condition, and return shipping fees may apply.
Do Eastwood guitars come with a warranty?
Yes, all new Eastwood and Airline instruments are covered by a 3-year limited warranty against defects in materials and workmanship for the original owner.
Are the guitars set up before they are shipped?
Every instrument undergoes a professional multi-point inspection and setup by our in-house technicians in our Liverpool or Chicago workshops before being dispatched to ensure it is ready to play out of the box.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), PayPal, and Shop Pay. We also offer financing options through Affirm and Klarna in select regions.
Do your guitars include a hardshell case or gig bag?
